I’ve received the wrong number of contacts both times I’ve ordered from here. The first time I ordered a year supply and got 6 months. When I called, the receptionist said whoever ordered them probably thought my contacts were monthly. The second time I ordered 6 month supply and got 3 months. I’ve been wearing 2 week contacts for years and never had any issues with other offices miscalculating.
Really nice people, I got my first pair of glasses here and everyone was super nice, the person who helped me try on frames also really took her time and helped me get a pair that people compliment me on.
All of the staff were extremely professional and kind. They made the process easy. Heather was amazing and knowledgeable. This continued even after I decided not to buy glasses from them after they had helped me pick out two pairs. I am grateful for them and their help!
