Traveling through Blacksburg and needed a repair. Stopped in and Mark fixes them in 2 minutes and couldn't have been more pleasant. Edit: I've decided to move to Blacksburg just so Mark can be my glasses guy - you should do the same.

I broke my glasses yesterday and don't have spare glasses with me either. So I googled the repair shop and found See Mark Optical. After I read the reviews, I decided to go there. Mr.Mark fixed my glasses within 15 minutes, and the repair cost was affordable for a student like me. Moreover, the lady who works there is also lovely and friendly. Thank you for being so helpful. Now I can go back to my class. :)

Full disclosure, I am a ‘sponsored’ family member (lol).. with that said, I have several friends that get contacts from him because his prices are better than big box places (including online) and he has a bigger selection. He has been doing this for like, a million years, and is just really good at it. He’s not letting you walk out with poor fitting, crooked, or mis aligned glasses… To a fault. I obviously have only ever gone here for glasses, but I am always reminded how good Mark is when I hear friends complain about things like glasses that slip/fall, cause headaches, sit crooked, or have to be replaced when I KNOW they don’t… these problems are not…...read full review
