The associate who did my test was marvelous. I mentioned I needed my glasses adjusted and wondered if the Dr had made note of eye drops. She fixed the glasses to fit and looked in my chart. Determined I needed drops and gave me the list of which ones to try and ones that DO NOT use. AND gave me a sample to try before I purchase.

Yes, there are cheaper places but you won't find the quality of care, diagnostic technology, vision products, or customer service that you get at Blacksburg Eye Associates - and I'm old and been to lots of cheaper places. It never ended up being cheaper - my lenses would be off or ill-fitting or I'd wait an hour for my turn in line.... The whole process at Blacksburg Eye Associates is customer focused, quality assured, and efficient. Highly recommended!
Blacksburg Eye Assoc. have an excellent staff. The waits have been short or not at all when I have been there for an appointment. Today, it was a walk-in and needed to have my glasses checked for a scratch. I was seen with in 3 minutes! I have been very happy with Blacksburg Eye Associates.
