Thompson Creek Window Co. In Richmond has proven itself again. The first time for me was with 6 replacement windows (which are absolutely wonderful) and this time with replacing an old French door with a slider door from the house to the porch.
From the first meeting to the completion it has been a comfortable and easy experience.

Thompson Creek from the representative they sent to show me the windows to the installation team were amazing. Professional, polite. 11 windows in one day while it was lightly raining. Warranty is 50 years. I couldn't find another company out there that even came close. They make their own windows as well. Not the most expensive but not the cheapest either. But the value and quantity of the product are amazing.
Brian came to our home to take final measurements and to go over our order with us before installation.
He was exceptionally helpful with getting an issue resolved immediately, so that we could move forward with installation.
We really appreciated Brian's sense of urgency with helping us, along with his great skills in communicating with us, before and after he came to our home. His follow through was to notch, with emailing us necessary information, while ensuring everything was in place to get the job done.
