I have been a customer of Lansing Building Products for over half a decade. This weekend we had them place our order outside for our crew to pick up Saturday morning, however when the crew arrived to collect the doors half of the order was still in the warehouse. I notified my rep Stephen Tate who was on vacation of the mix up. Instead of telling me that I had to wait until Monday due to them being closed or not answering my call on a Saturday morning while he was on vacation, he arranged for another employee to head to the warehouse on his off day to pull and stage the remaining doors.
