Smallwood Renovations were great! They reached out at every step to be sure I was made aware of what was coming next and any additional information that I needed was supplied quickly. They gave the HOA with everything needed the first time to help streamline the entire process. From start to finish they were great to work with and created a finished product that I will enjoy for many years to come. I can't say enough great things about them and their work!

Smallwood did an excellent job on constructing our new deck! The office staff kept you well informed as to when Smallwood would come to start construction and if there would be any delays! Sales staff and the project manager, John, were professional. Their crew did an excellent job on constructing our new deck!!! My husband and I are very pleased with our new deck and we highly recommend Smallwood!!!!

I am beyond thrilled with the deck and ADA ramp that they built for me. John did an excellent job with the plans. But I can't begin to say enough wonderful things about EJ and his crew. They were outstanding. They were time everyday. There were helpful and attentive. Extremely pleasant. They were quick to answer every question. I am so pleased with their work. Everything turned out even better than I expected.
