I can’t say enough good things about the incredible service I received yesterday when Chris and his son came to install a new toilet in my basement bathroom. From inception to completion, just as his ad states, took less than 24 hours. He was professional, polite, prompt and extremely efficient in every way. He even assured me that I did not in fact need a new shut off valve that I’d added to the order, and is going to credit my account for the price of the valve. That’s the kind of honesty and professionalism that seems to be all too rare these days, but I surely did appreciate it! I have hired this company to replace both of my 15 to 18 year toilets that sat very low. Upgraded both to chair height. Sad I didn't do this sooner. Highly recommended the TOTO DRAKE. And American standard cadet pro. Excellent warranty and great communication.

I called Chris on a Saturday and he was able to install two new toilets on Monday. There was no nonsense - I just placed the order online and he came and installed them quickly and professionally! The new toilets look wonderful and I couldn’t be happier from start to finish.
