Scheduled my appointment weeks ahead, got my confirmation text with the date and time I scheduled. When I showed up for that time the receptionist said I didn't have an appointment or that it must have got deleted. Her solution was for me to come back hours later or take a haircut from a stylist I have never let cut my hair. This was incredibly frustrating because I received all the messages stating my appointment was scheduled in their system. Would not recommend if their system is this faulty, don't waste your time. Only reason I gave two stars is because my stylist always did a great job.

I've been here twice and had a great cut and style both times. Suzi has been my stylist both of those occasions. She asked specifically what I wanted and did it beautifully both times.

I have been going to Hair Cuttery to see Mina for years and have always been happy with my haircuts, styles and color. My husband has started going as well and is very happy with her as well.
