I called early Monday morning... AC was blowing hot air as we headed into the hottest forecast week of the year. Kamal said he could come by when I got home from work. He diagnosed what appeared to be the primary issue, and advised we can do 'A', and hopefully that fixes it, but this problem might have caused a bigger one (so I would be prepared, just in case...). It was the end of a long day, any it was HOT in my attic, but he got right to it, was pleasant and efficient, and was able to get my cold air working again in short order. I had an unresolved issue with my HVAC system and began shopping around for new companies to provide solutions for the issue in addition to also potentially beating a price quote from the prior company I used for an entirely new system. Relax HVAC sent a prompt personalized reply to my message (as opposed to an automated response which 75% of the other companies sent) and requested a call to ensure they best understood all the details of my situation. I spoke with the owner, Nasser, and he was extremely patient with me and listened in detail to what I was facing and he provided a few solutions over the phone for me to consider. What an amazing experience! From the first communication to the quality of the installation it was perfect. Kamal was very experienced, professional, and easy going. Installation was done in a timely manner and the whole crew were friendly and hard working. The pricing was extremely competitive…perfect service! Put your trust in this company!!!
