My laptop was stuck in a re-start loop after it was inadvertantly sat-upon. I looked up reviews for Q Computers and gave Shah a call. True reviews! He had it fixed, replaced a board and it was back running smoothly in a few days. After a week or so, it seemed to have a relapse and I took it back, Shah was happy to take a look. Turns out it was just a needed windows update. Like a lot of other businesses, he could have taken advantage of a no-nothing dinosaur like me, but he did not. It is back home and I will defintely give Q Computers my return business.
My son's PC wouldn't boot. I tried everything I could think of but couldn't get it working. Took it to Q Computers and he diagnosed it as a bad graphics card. I replaced the graphics card. No charge for the diagnosis. Great experience.
I called them and talked to Shah. He was very helpful and asked me to do a few things with my laptop and I did. That helped me solve the problem and avoid the need to buy a new computer
