Excellent service. Phil was friendly and diagnosed the issue immediately and fixed it. He explained what needed to be done and got us back in service quickly. Very happy with our decision to sign up with Premier.
I was referred to Premier home comfort by another Ashburnian. I didn’t have any major issues with my HVAC and wanted trusted technician to give fair advice and clean the unit, without overselling other services. The unit was cleaned of dirt, contaminants, and debris well and we’ve seen a performance improvement. Fixed some of the leg supports that were cracked. Replaced the insulation on the lines. Service level and communication was great.
Phil was excellent! He was supposed have come a week prior but he had to deal with some logistical issues. Instead of waiting till the last minute before canceling, he was proactive and gave me plenty of heads up on his lack of availability due to unforeseen circumstances. I loved his communication ahead of time and setting the right expectations. He rescheduled my appointment on his own. When he came he was very patient and explained everything. He even found instances here the builder didn’t follow the code and he’ll help me get those fixed. Overall very happy with him. Would 100% recommend him.
