Dealing with Phil (owner) from Premier Home Comfort was an absolute pleasure. This was his second visit to our property over the last couple of years. Easy initial contact via the website. Phil personally responded quickly by text and adjusted his schedule to meet our loss of cooling issue during the recent spike in temperatures. Once at our property, he quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to get parts quickly for install the next day. Phil is a total lifesaver—again! When our AC gave out in the middle of a scorching week, Phil showed up like a hero. He’s not just fast and reliable—he’s the kind of tech who genuinely cares. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure our home was cool and comfortable again in no time. There was a power surge in Ashburn that knocked out one of our AC units. Called Premier Home Comfort in the morning and they were able to immediately fit us into the schedule. Swung by, dignosed and fixed the issue within 30 minutes. Highly professional, flexible, friendly service. Amazing!
