My experience at NotesnBeats, Virginia, summer 2025 was truly inspiring. What makes NotesnBeats unique is the way it provides opportunities for students beyond classroom learning. Students are not only trained in solid musical foundations but are also given platforms to perform, collaborate, and experiment with different genres — from Indian classical to Western contemporary styles. This approach helps them gain confidence, stage experience, and real-world exposure, which is invaluable for their growth as musicians. I was amazed to see how even young students were encouraged to take part in live shows and creative projects which is very rare.These opportunities shape them into well-rounded artists who can adapt and express themselves in diverse musical settings. I am grateful for the chance to be part of such an institution that invests so deeply in the future of its students.
My daughter Tanya Palaparthi is learning classical Carnatic and western vocals from Notes n Beats for last 8 years. Notesnbeats shaped her into a more confident performer than ever before. The charity show they perform year after year, gives a great sense of accomplishment and honor to my daughter. I strongly recommend NnB to all kids who want to learn music in a fun and happy way.
An amazing place where your kid can learn music along with many skills…. leadership, community service, stage presence, value of time and the list goes on. If the kid is passionate in music and has talent to grow beyond learning an instrument or sing then definitely this is The Place. The annual show of their non profit organization or “The Stage” is an ocean of opportunities for each and every student and the practice time during summer are the most time awaited time for students.
