Nothing but great things to say about this Nava! First and foremost, the nurse Jenn who took our blood was AMAZING! I usually feel a pinch and dislike the whole process, but felt nothing! She made the whole experience fun and carefree. The entire staff was so kind and welcoming. Highly recommend!!

I’ve been a client of Nava for the past year and have been visiting the Ashburn location. They have a great front end staff and caring nurses! Only 4 stars because the pricing is a bit much but worth it to help with my overall wellness!

Had a hydro facial by Jennifer Skroupe and she did a amazing job, I struggle with rosacea and dry skin and she had my face looking renewed.

Scummy business practices. Doubling prices of subscriptions for the bare minimum improvements. Double prices of prescriptions and no longer take insurance. Impossible to make appointments and more difficult to speak to an actual person. Trust me, this is not the norm nor should it be the norm.

I have been going to Nava for a few years now. The customer Service experience with Nava. It is truly a feeling of being just a number. Every appointment I’ve had previously with lab work has been detailed and we went through step-by-step. Sam by the way is phenomenal! My last doctors experience Left Me feeling so frustrated I felt I had to write this review. I had a scheduled appointment. I took off work early and kept receiving back-to-back phone calls. Come to find out it was from the doctor. Who wanted to go ahead and get the appointment over with. To a point that he did not go through each results as I have done previously in all my There at Nava. When I finally answered the phone because I was commuting, he proceeded to say hey are you available right now so we can go ahead Proceed with the call. I felt like OK sure you’ve been blowing up my phone. A few months back, I reached out to Management regarding the Nava RX . I should say the lack of information. The information I was receiving Was very vague. And I wasn’t sure if there was an update in the program and what it entailed, etc.. I reached out to management, but no one ever returned my call. You’re forced to leave a message on a voicemail. Very impersonal.I paid $1,000 for the Nava RX program and didn’t receive the necessary documents until months later. The dosage was confusing. The information provided about different services is very limited, and frequent appointment cancellations make the process even more frustrating. One time I was in the parking lot as my appointment was rescheduled.
Things were much better before Nava went public. While I love the hormone treatment, I’m starting to question whether I can get a more well-rounded experience elsewhere.”

Terrible customer service. They call you constantly when they want to talk to you, but when you try to reach them, they don’t respond.
The appointment with the doctor was virtual, but they only informed me of that after I had already scheduled it. The doctor was nice but immediately recommended weight loss medication and other treatments without even reviewing my blood work.
I asked multiple times how to pay the $99 appointment fee, and they told me to send a picture of my credit card—seriously?!
The whole process was confusing. In the end, they charged me over $300 for the blood test plus $99 for the appointment. I paid, and I’m just glad I won’t have to deal with them again. They don’t want your well being, they just want your $$!
