Very patient and accommodating! The staff are welcoming and friendly. As a wheelchair user who can transfer to another chair, the setup of the Nail Garden Spa is ideal: relaxing, spacious, and comfortable. The staff take pride in their work and made sure I was happy with my nails!
I have been visiting Nail garden and spa for a year now. From the moment I walk in, the atmosphere is always calm and relaxing. I cannot speak enough about my nail salonist, Leyna. She is very attentive and friendly. She never rushes through the process and ensures that if an error is made it's duly corrected even without me mentioning it. They are often willing to accommodate at short notice. If you're looking for a top-notch nail salon that prioritizes customer satisfaction, I would recommend giving Nail garden and spa a try.
Update- I filled out the text survey following our mani pedi and was told to call and it will be fixed. I called and explained what I needed to be fixed. The woman- i think she's the owner was very kind and patient. She explained that the nail polish is intentionally not painted to the cuticle because it doesn't last as long and will peel or chip. From my personal experience this happens only when the cuticle is flooded with polish. I told her i would like it painted to the cuticle and the other areas that I wasn't happy with.
