I had a mixed experience with Luxury Lashes. I booked an appointment in November based on their Black Friday flyer advertising a $100 promotion, which did not state that it was for new clients only. Since there were no restrictions listed and I was able to book successfully, I reasonably expected the promotional price to apply.

At checkout, I was told that I was not eligible for the promotion and was charged $275 instead of $100. I paid the full amount out of respect for my lash artist and also added a $41 tip, which made the total even more unexpected, especially during the holiday season. Used a Groupon and staff was very friendly and did a great job. Emma did my lashes and was very attentive. She gave me the full service even though I had a Groupon. I'll definitely go back. Remember to tip well especially if you have a Groupon.

I have been a loyal customer of Luxury Lashes salon for 3-4 months. Emma has been doing my eyelash extensions and she is incredibly talented. She is able to create a beautiful, natural look that enhances my eyes without looking overdone. The salon itself is always immaculately clean and organized. It has a lovely aesthetic that helps you relax during your appointment.
