I came in with a completely blocked off ear and muffled hearing and they cleared out my ears. The first staff member did a good job making sure I was settled and comfortable with the treatment but the nurse practitioner had to come in and finish the job. She told me it would be uncomfortable and solve the problem and did an ear flush that had me hearing out of my ear for the first time in 5 days. I can't remember her name but she was a lovely Asian woman who did an amazing job and if you have ear problems that need remedy immediately I would highly recommend this place for their professionalism and thoroughness. Everyone I encountered was welcoming, professional, courteous, and genuinely compassionate. Nurse Practitioner Megan even went above and beyond the reason for my visit, and I truly appreciated the extra care and attention.
