As someone else said, Herndon Service does it all. And from what I've seen, they do it all well. The property manager for my rental townhouse calls them when needed. They show up, unlike some others (I'm looking at you, Kolb Electric), and they show up on time. They know what they are doing, as evidenced by the fact that they've successfully resolved every issue that this place has thrown at them. They are careful and considerate of your environment, don't trash the place while they are working, and clean up after themselves, too. Herndon Service does it all--not just painting. Ivan is a kind, caring professional who gives you a fair price for top quality work. When others said they couldn't start for a week, he sent his guys the same day. (We recommend asking for Nelson for painting.) We hired HS to paint our home's interior, kitchen cabinets, install a granite countertop, install an air return, and power wash our home's exterior. When we were double-minded about paint choices, they gave us time to decide and valuable input. They saved us money by telling us their company discount was greater at one company vs another.
