First time trying this salon and I loved my experience. They took me in same day I called. Arsan was my stylist and he cared to listen to exactly what I wanted and gave some professional suggestions. Arsan is very talented! I saw some of the staff hair coloring that was done by him, it looked amazing. The salon is very modern, clean, edgy and nice looking. Will be back!

Merve worked magic on my hair at Hair Story by Serap. She gave me back my volume, defined my natural waves, and eliminated frizz. Her product recommendation was amazing, if she suggests it, get it! I’ll only trust Hair Story by Serap from now on.

First time at Hair Story by Serap and everyone was very friendly. I was searching online I came across Hair Story by Serap which was highly rated. I decided to give it a try and I am glad that I did. My initial appointment was with Melis. She was very sweet, patient, enthusiastic, and professional. She provided a detailed consultation then she worked her magic. I was very happy with results and There is nothing but good vibes and positivity in this place. I highly recommend Melis and this hair salon.
