Wow this place is huge and so hidden. I read about this place when it was going to open and haven't had a chance to try it until now. Did a great job of washing the car, so much so that I might forgo doing a detail which I was thinking about since my car will be 10 years old shortly. A bit hidden and entrance is in the back which is not intuitive. Fairly straight forward after that. So I will say that my front license plate got mangled and I lost my trailer hitch cap but that's happened before so I just need to put it away before I go through a car wash. I was pleased with the over all results with the exception of the windows. The cloth used must have been dirty or had an oily substance o. It as the windows were smeared and showed every swipe made by the cleaner. I’ve had to rewash all of the windows. Having someone clean the inside front windshield was the main reason I asked for it to be cleaned inside and out.
They do an amazing job of getting so many cars through the facility and cleaned up but I would like them to slow down a little bit in order to focus more on quality. I've experienced multiple visits where the cars basically a lot cleaner but they're missed smudges and smears on Windows and best of debris here and there inside.
