I recently joined Fit Body Boot Camp in Broadlands, VA. I am enjoying the 30min interval cardio/strength workouts. The duration is perfect to fit in my busy day. The class has been well designed and the instructors are very good. Despite a fairly large class size and a short class duration, the instructor walks around throughout the class to give form corrections. I probably will not push myself to go through the rigor of this workout without this class. I highly recommend this fitness studio.

The format this gym offers is perfect for busy people: 30 minutes of pre-determined exercises. There is no decision paralysis of what exercise to do, or worry about fitting it into the schedule. Convenient, fun, and effective. My only suggested change: please add back in the 4:30pm class on Fridays! Thank you!

After years of not exercising and not knowing where to start, I decided to give Fit Body Boot Camp a try last fall—and I’ve been going ever since! The 30-minute workouts fit perfectly into my busy schedule and I started seeing results quickly.
The coaches are motivating, supportive, and hold you accountable. What I really appreciate is that no matter if I come in ready to give 100% or I’m just showing up that day to keep moving, the team meets me where I am. They’re knowledgeable, encouraging, and always willing to adjust workouts around individual needs.
