First Impression Dental is THE place in Ashburn to keep those pearly whites glowing. The staff is personable and the Drs are in a league of their own. I usually am seen by Dr. Reeves (who has been my dentist for about a decade) but today I met Dr. Jafari for the first time. I knew I was in good hands when he gave me my dental cleaning instead of my hygienist because they were short-staffed. He felt committed to keeping my appointment and doing the cleaning himself instead of rescheduling me. I felt valued and understood while in his chair. Found this small practice several years ago when they were just kicking off. First thing that stood out to me was how they made things personal and got to know you. Dr Reeves always asked about my band and about the travel adventures my wife and I always take. And he and his staff always remembered what you talked about previously. That let me know they take an interest in their patients. Then the service took it to an even higher level. They explain what they're doing while they do it. There's never a high pressure sale for add-ons. They give you solid explanations, identify options, make recommendations, and make you comfortable in your decisions.
