ianne Nolan, LMT, graciously made time during her Labor Day holiday to schedule an initial consult and treatment for highly inflamed (painful) hip and lower back. Her recommended treatment provided immediate relief and continued improvement post treatment. Look forward to further work in the near future.
Elite Wellness has been an incredible part of my daughter’s athletic journey for the past five years. My son has begun seeing Ben for recovery/prep sessions prior to or after pitching. He’s commented on the fact that he can’t remember a time his arm felt this good. This is especially important this summer with a heavy showcase schedule.
He also deals with a lot of tightness in his back after pitching. Sessions with Ben have also made a big impact here as well.
