As new empty nesters, husband and I were looking for things to try together. After being parent spectators of 2 athlete daughters for 15 years, we decided it was time to invest in our fitness! We met the owners of Elite Wellness several years ago when our youngest daughter was there for volleyball training, so a few weeks after dropping her off at college, we signed up to try some classes. Personally, being a middle-aged Mom that had never formally worked out in a gym setting in my entire life, I was VERY intimidated! The terms and equipment was like a whole new language to learn! Fast forward nearly 1 year and I can honestly say Elite Wellness has CHANGED OUR LIVES! The owners, trainers, and staff are very knowledgeable and professional and it's obvious they take their jobs and client's goals seriously. The small group training classes are well organized with a variety of different exercise sets working muscles I never even knew I had! The trainers are very attentive to all participants, making the small group sessions feel like a custom session. The facility is top notch and immaculately kept. On top of it all, Elite Wellness feels like a family and is challenging, yet fun too! Both my husband and I are thrilled we already feel stronger and more fit than we have in years! Elite Wellness offers classes and personal training for all ages, as well as other professional services including massage, sports recovery, injury rehab, and nutrition consulting. Definitely recommend! 💚

I highly recommend you go check out Elite Wellness! They have an outstanding team of trainers and health/wellness products to choose from! My family and I have been active members for years and absolutely love that they offer an array of training classes from adult, private, teen, athlete and more! They have wellness therapy, massage, sports recovery and nutrition packages that all come with a very fair if not the best price in town! The owners truly care about the services their clientele receive. The facility is always spotless and offers new and innovative equipment all the time to their cadre if always awesome fitness equipment. It’s a one stop shop for all your fitness needs. I get nothing from this review only that I am passing the good word on to others because honestly, I wish I had found them sooner. Truly proud to be an elite wellness member!
