“My first experiences with Laser Hair Removal were at Mountcastle Med Spa with Jillian. I met with her for a consultation, and she gave me the information I needed including answers to my questions and concerns. They were also accommodating when I've had to reschedule ahead of time due to unforeseen circumstances. I noticed that they also exhibited patience and grace to every client, something that can be difficult to maintain sometimes. I responded okay to the laser procedure for my underarms. I almost completed the recommended number of sessions but have had to cancel my last session because I had an area that had been a little bit burned after the last two sessions. Additionally, it's the summer, and I tend to be unable to stay out of the sun, so I've been getting steadily darker since May. I'm happy with my results, regardless. The practice is very transparent about the prices, which I definitely appreciate because shopping around and doing my research revealed other places not as transparent as I wish. They also keep well-maintained and clean areas of practice, which I appreciate! Overall, I had a good experience!“

“My first visit was back on May 13. I had a terrible rash on both arms in the elbow creases and it was affecting my daily activities. I scheduled an appointment to see Dr Keri Church when I had the rash for more than 2 weeks and nothing I did made it better only worse. The receptionist checked me in quickly and had short wait to go inside the office. The nurse collected as much as information from me regarding my issues before Dr Church arrived. After briefly reading over the nurse's notes and confirming more info from me, she concluded I had eczema which is common in 1 of 4 adults even for never having it before. She prescribed lotion that helped it go away in 1.5 weeks but we very clear to continue to take for a whole 2 weeks. I'm so happy it was resolved quickly and hope it does come back. Fortunately the lotion prescribed will last for a few years, so she explained I'd I had another flare up, I could use again. Very happy with overall experience and helps the office is conveniently located down the street from my house. Highly recommend.“

“I have been a patient of Dr. Sebastian for many years. He has always explained procedures to me and answered questions. Several years ago, he had do do a Mohr's surgery on my nose. It turned out to be more involved than originally thought and had to be done in 2 stages. Dr. Sebastian called in a plastic surgeon to look at the surgery site and got me the help needed for repair. Since that time he has done several biopsies on my body and face. I appreciate all that he has done for me.
My only complaint about the practice is wait time in the waiting room. I have had several long waits and got no explanation for them. sometimes it seems that the receptionists are too busy on their phones to even notice the patients sitting or standing right in front of them.“
