I drove to the wrong location and wound up 15 minutes late to my appointment. Dr. Sophia was kind enough to fit me into her busy schedule. When we needed to remove an abnormal mole, her and her team were extremely accommodating to my lifelong fear of needles. I didn’t even feel anything when they numbed me or removed the mole. the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful from the moment i walked in. check-in was smooth and i felt welcomed right away. the doctors were kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made the whole experience a lot more comfortable. overall, it was a great visit and i really appreciated how nice everyone was.
