“Used Zerorez today for a two room carpet cleaning job on white carpet in my condominium in a high rise bldg. Jared arrived on time but had to use a portable machine instead of the cleaning device directly from his van. The guy was great and the overall job went well with many unsightly stains removed. Other stains, however, proved tougher, even with a chemical spot treatment. So set your expectations accordingly as the price is reasonable but not all stains will be removed.“

“I called APS 4 years ago when I broke my leg. I had never used a cleaning company before and they did such an amazing job I kept them for 4 years. Patty always contacted me the day before to make sure I was ok with them coming over and was always accommodating when I needed to change the date of service. On several occasions the house was worse than usual because of gatherings, I was super busy at work or not feeling well. Any time I felt that something wasn’t cleaned to standard she always fixed the problem as soon as was possible.We recently had to move and hired her for the clean out move. She was even able to help with trash removal and some small repairs we needed done around the house. Will absolutely miss her and her sisters.Service: General housekeeping“

“I’ve used this service for Handyman work in 2021 and cleaning my apartment this past June 2022. Patricia was great and very professional. Also the technician who service the drywall issue in my home was excellent. Today 8/8/22 I called to inquire about handyman services AND cleaning of my home which is about 5K of work to get it staged for sale. The lady who answered asked me what handyman work I needed and to text my name and phone (which is their normal routine) and someone would call me back. Because I have a lot of handyman’s work to be done I asked for a website or some type of visual of their services. She rudely cut me off and told me to just text her and then hung up on me. I called back and tried to explain the nature of my call, given the volume of work, and she hung up on me again. Disgusting! I’ll report this service.“
