Cleaner4Less Ashburn - $3.29 Dry Clean

I used this cleaners for a few months for basic wash and press never had an issue. This last time though however, I had a few stains on the shirt. I requested stain removal. When i received the shirt it was exactly how it looked when taken in. There was no action taken on the stains. It was clearly treated as a normal wash and press. when i pointed it out instead of doing the right thing as a good business should by apologizing for their error and making it right she was very nasty and rude and told me they are not Magicians. i was like “wow”…Really?! We needed our son's school tux and pants laundered before we returned it back to the HS. These guys charged us $6 for the set and it was done the next day. I guess we can't ask for more.

We came to Cleaner4Less because we moved and the location is convenient to our new home. We gave Cleaner4Less multiple chances, but it's just not the cleaner for us. Pros: Dry cleaning and alterations are inexpensive. Cons: They advertise same day cleaning, but clothes are never ready same day, or even next day. They lost our clothes not once, not twice, but three times. Clothes smell funky.
