Requested an estimate from this company and hours later I get a text saying "what service you want" from someone named Patricia. She refused to answer who she was with and had a Maryland number. I asked her which company she was with and she replied "tell me what service you want." This was my first an only communication with this company. Seems really to be very poorly run
I had scheduled a 9:30am carpet cleaning. At 10:45, I was still waiting and hadn't even received a notification that the tech was running late. When someone finally responded to my messages asking why they hadn't showed up , they said they could come in the afternoon, which was totally unworkable for me (I scheduled a 9:30am appointment, remember?). Terrible customer service. I gave the company one star because the person texting was polite.
The best home cleaning service ever. They really take good care of their customers. Very flexible with their schedule. Much recommended!!
