I was really happy with the service I received at this location. The eye doctor was professional, patient, and happy to answer questions. And Aaron, in the front of the store, is excellent at helping to pick out frames. I've worn glasses for most of my life and this was the first time I've felt like someone really helped me find frames that worked for me rather than just handing me options to try on.

Aaron and the team at Visual Health have looked after my ocular health and made me feel so cared for. I used to avoid going in for eye appointments out of anxiety, but they make me feel so comfortable and explain every step along the way. I feel comfortable asking questions that I might otherwise feel too intimidated to ask. I don’t know what I would’ve done without VH during this busy time in my life. -Kelsey

I cannot say worse things about this place. I’ve been going here for 7 years. I was coming because the service used to be incredible.
Now the front desk staff is losing my contacts and sending them to other locations, not calling me back with pricing when they say they will, not calling me when my contacts have arrived. This has been a 5 month process to try and get answers or even get the right contacts.
