Decided that we needed to remove the stump ASAP because we had to get our fence repaired. On a Friday morning a couple weeks ago, I called Glenn who went over the process. Then Jose Luis called within 30 minutes to schedule a time to provide an estimate. He said that Paul, the operations guy, was actually in DC and could do the job in the afternoon if everything worked out.
