I recently went for a free trial class and had a fantastic experience! My neighbor and friend recommended SPENGA and I am so glad I went, I signed up for a membership after class. My instructor Jenna helped me to feel super comfortable and explained the format and everything so well for a newcomer. During class, it was small enough that instructors can give you individual corrections and attention and Jenna’s cueing was clear and very descriptive along with being super positive including immediately demonstrating both the standard movement and multiple modification options. Trainers are great, especially Susie S who kills it weed days at 7 am. It’s always a good workout with fun music. The smaller classes are helpful to get attention and direction if needed. I also love ending with yoga.

I just love SPENGA! I have done a lot of different workouts in my lifetime but this keeps me engaged, motivated to come back each week and the instructors are fantastic and to top it off we listen to great music. It’s been a part of my Sunday routine now for 3 years and I plan my day around this class. It’s worth checking out!
