I called around a couple companies, Stanley Steamer was over priced, there’s another company I called that had more 5 star reviews but they didn’t even answer the phone and expected me to call them back half an hour later, lead me to an online account to book an appointment…This company!! Damn they answered the phone right away, booked me and had a decent price! They had William come through with his big machine, he let me know that the general cleaning was not going to do the work and offered an additional cost to do a deeper stain removal but I asked him to try anyway! Denys was amazing! Shiny Carpet arrives same day (within hours), and fixed a stain (yellow dog throw up) that we had tried to clean with our own Bissell carpet cleaner but somehow made worse. Denys not only cleaned the original stain, but also fixed the mess we made with warm water and some Tide powder that caused the carpet to have a whitened circle around the stain. Highly recommend Denys and Shiny Carpet!
