I visited this establishment to gather some information and was promptly greeted by a stunning young woman named Susan. She exuded professionalism, and I sensed she held a managerial position, which she did. She informed me that they would be reopening in September and provided me with a comprehensive consultation on the services that my brothers and I were interested in. As an African American, I felt a sense of luxury and was not pressured to make a purchase or rushed out. I had such a great conversation with Susan, the Clinic Director, on Wednesday! She stopped by my store, invited me and my staff to the grand opening later this month, and I seriously can’t wait to be there.

What I wasn’t expecting was for her to give me an on-the-spot consultation! 😂 I’m in sales, so I’m usually pretty hard to sell… but she absolutely did her thing. If I don’t win the raffle, I might just have to grab one of those packages myself!

I had a consultation today with Susan, the clinic director, and she was so kind while educating me about the laser process. I felt heard and understood without having to explain myself too much. Because of her 10/10 customer service, I went ahead and booked my first session. I will be report back after a few of my sessions!
