Poolservice Company is a pool company described by some customers as the best they have ever used. The owner is noted as very friendly and specific staff members are called rockstars, with customers stating they will use the service again and again. However, a former employee reports a serious incident where management showed little urgency after an on-the-job injury, taking over an hour to arrange hospital transport despite the employee's pain. While the company's insurance provided proper and timely financial care, the managers at the time tried to avoid their obligation. A compassionate coworker provided essential help instead. This experience led to a strong recommendation for potential workers to find another employer, with the opinion that the company does not truly care for worker welfare.
Poolservice Company has opened and closed my 15x30 pool each year for 17 years (they built it for the prior owners, and serviced it for 10 years for them, too). Over that time, they never let me down, have always been responsive, and followed through. I've never had a technical or safety problem, and they observe county regs and protocols (draining when empty of chlorine, hosing down filters, etc.). Very professional and very comfortable
Best pool company I've ever used. The owner is very friendly and Sean and Bradley are rockstars. Will definitely use again and again!
