My heater broke on the coldest day last December. I contacted Ken (owner) and he promptly showed up the next day as promised and assessed the situation. He explained the problem, ordered the necessary product and his associate came the next day to install it. They were both very professional, extremely helpful and efficient repair. Second time it was my AC that broke and again as promised came in quickly and repaired my AC. The price is reasonable, but the prompt response and quick repair was what I appreciated the most. Highly recommend Ken, the HVAC technician. I like giving the service to because of his on-time arrival, clear communication, and a quick, efficient repair.
