This company really responded to notes given well. We had stated that the process was not transparent before, and working with them this time there was way more communication than the last time we worked with them. They took time to explain the work, give realistic timelines of when work would be completed and even worked with us on cleaning our furnace to ensure forget HVAC issues would not arise. Very thorough work!
My heater broke on the coldest day last December. I contacted Ken (owner) and he promptly showed up the next day as promised and assessed the situation. He explained the problem, ordered the necessary product and his associate came the next day to install it. They were both very professional, extremely helpful and efficient repair. Second time it was my AC that broke and again as promised came in quickly and repaired my AC. The price is reasonable, but the prompt response and quick repair was what I appreciated the most.
