This place is hit or miss. A front desk female sometime become very moody, very nice or pretty nasty. The price of dry cleaning is higher than other cleaners like some other reviews.

I've used Penrose Cleaners for several years and Joan always takes great care of her customers. Never had a bad experience, both for alterations and cleaning. Highly recommend!

We have been stationed in this area 3 separate times. I have always used this cleaners for all my civilian and military cleaning and tailoring needs. Quick turn around, great customer service, reasonable pricing and owner operated. Always a great experience and I am picky ?
