My first appointment with Dr. Bordbar was very positive. I found her caring and thorough. The appointment didn't seem rushed and she took the time to listen, asked lots of questions, did a thorough examination and answered my questions and concerns, including other health issues and different treatment approaches. I also appreciated that the front desk staff contacted me when earlier appointments opened up.

The receptionists are incredibly rude. I forgot my order, yes, very stupid of me.

But don’t talk shit about me right in front of me. At least pretend to be nice.

Instead of saying, “Help me help you” sarcastically and rolling your eyes, maybe say, “I’m very sorry sir. Without your order, we cannot proceed with your appointment today. Would you like to reschedule?”

Customer service 101, but I am guessing you don’t get paid enough to care.

Ok, the reviews of this place are true. The receptionist named Trinna is absolutely HORRIBLE!!!
If you are a owner and reading. Coming from a family of Surgeons/doctors. FIRE HER!!! I spent 2 min on the phone with her and that was enough to understand Trinna is NOT someone I would want to work with going forward with paperwork or anything else!

She is a reflection of your business and hands-down the WORST receptionist I have ever spoken with! I would NOT recommend this place solely because you would have to work with Trinna, the receptionist.

Not only that, but the Drs/owners clearly see these reviews about her and STILL choose to keep her around to scare...read full review
