Candy was a great instructor and her class was so fun! Perreo pilates was a great workout and so much fun! Great for all levels of experience, definitely can't wait to do it again

Maedot was so wonderful! Mind your body is definitely an Oasis when I walked in. Everyone was kind and it was a great experience. The deep massage was phenomenal and I will definitely be back for the yoga and sauna! Thank you!!!!
