    For ten years I’ve tried personal trainers/gyms in Northern Virginia, and none have come close to Connor Gannon’s expertise in creating individualized workouts to keep my mid-60s bones dense and halt muscle loss. The positive atmosphere and highly skilled trainers at Method mean EVERY client will feel welcome and respected regardless of age, weight, or fitness level. I regard my Method workouts as preventative medicine for a healthy heart and body. For me, this is more important than spending money at fancy hair salons, or on manicures, spa treatments, Botox, etc. Strength training is key for aging gracefully.

    Method Fitness is a very special gym. From the thoughtfully selected equipment to the friendly and encouraging trainers, I have really benefited as a client.  Each time I enter the gym, I am greeted with smiles and waves.  I came to Method with a desire to work on my back and knee issues and build up some core strength.  I was matched with Ryan Anderson who is wonderful!  He is careful to make sure that we are doing exercises that will help my issues and make me stronger, and he watches my form to make sure I am performing the exercises correctly.  My sessions are varied, which keeps things interesting, and I am always amazed at how many options there are to exercise... read full review

    I've been training with Connor for about a month and have already seen huge progress in my goals. He's extremely knowledgeable and I continue to be impressed with his ability to teach and get more out of me than I think I'm capable of. I've done personal training multiple times before and Connor is had and shoulders above the past trainers I've had.
