She has made my journey with pelvic floor physical therapy extremely comfortable, informative, and effective, and I would recommend her to anyone exploring this therapy. I had a great experience with Medstar PT at Ballston. I had some pain in my glutes so I was referred to have PT. I have heard good things about this practice so I wanted to try it out. Since I am a runner, I was assigned Melissa. Melissa did a great job at diagnosing the issue and coming up with a PT plan. She is very thorough and explains everything so you can easily perform the exercises. I would definitely recommend this practice and Melissa if one has PT needs.
Leo is one of the best Physical Therapist I have ever seen. When I first came in, I had a neck injury and wasn’t able to turn my head left or right or up and down and he made me feel confident and safe and secure enough to do exercises with him and eventually regain the ability to move my neck and head. I am so forever grateful. He is smart, passionate about his work, and treats people with respect and care. He is the best!
