Complaints include unprofessional behavior, high prices, a room that wasn't clean, unclear communication, appointments starting late, and rushed massages. The staff were polite, but the overall experience didn't meet my expectations. The room wasn't as clean as I expected, and communication about the treatment was unclear. I hope they improve their service
I was disappointed with my visit. The appointment started much later than scheduled, and the massage felt rushed. I also felt the therapist didn't pay much attention to the areas I mentioned. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.
This has been my go-to massage place, and now I’ve come here well over 10 times. I’ve gotten massages at a lot of 5-star hotels, and the Ritz Georgetown used to be my go-to. Now I only ever care to come to Massage Life.
The massage therapists here are all excellent. Every massage I’ve had is good, more so than some mediocre experiences I’ve had at the nicer hotels.
Pro tip: I’ve found it super easy to text them a day or two in advance for an appointment, so I don’t need to plan too far out.
