I do not recommend this dry cleaning company.

I have used their services on three separate occasions, and each time my clothes were returned with a noticeable odor. The smell was similar to mildew or mold, as if the garments had been left wet for too long before being properly dried.

The final issue occurred when a pair of my dress pants was returned with holes in the back pocket area. When I brought this to their attention, they denied responsibility and refused to address the damage. I explained that the pants were not in that condition when I dropped them off, but they would not acknowledge the possibility that the damage occurred while in their care.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life. If I could give zero stars I would. I brought two pairs of shoes. One for cleaning. And the other for polishing/repair. One of which was not polished as requested and the repair job was horrendous with visible pieces of glue on the sole of the shoe. I was asked to pay full price for the non polished shoe. The Second pair of shoes were not there when I was supposed to pick them up. They didn’t know where they were and I was patient and said I would wait for an extra two weeks. The owner and employees are helpful and attentive, but I'd hesitate to recommend the tailoring and alterations services - which are quite expensive ($20 to shorten short sleeves). I sent my shirt sleeves to be hemmed, but the two shirts were ruined upon receipt - too much was taken off. Fortunately, they were quick to issue a refund and gift card, but those remedies didn't cover the loss.
