The man running this store is professional, knowledgeable, and very kind. My fiance and I brought in some belts to be fixed and he did so quickly on the spot and since the repair was so small and minor (adding of one small screw) didn’t charge us a dime.
We will be back and recommend this place to our friends - absolutely.

Reasonable prices. Fixed a tough misaligned zipper issue that saved me from having to rebuy luggage & a zipper related issue on a duvet cover. Turn around to get everything back was slightly outside the window promised, but still worked out. Great work, thanks again!

These folks are amazing! Once Sam Torres closed on Langston Blvd, I was forced to find another repair service for shoes. No only do they do great work, their prices are more than reasonable. Just today I picked up my custom dock shoes and there was no charge for the repairs. He even tried to repair them while I was standing there but he needed an additional tool. These guys are the best!
