“I had been trying for years to sell a watch I received in 1958! There's isn't a huge market for wrist watches, I guess. I checked the prices on the internet, but I'm no watch expert. Finally I found Allan Rosen at Samuelson's. They have a nice (modest & low overhead, which I like) office in Vienna. He offered me top dollar based on my research and I got a check on the same visit. So I left a second watch with him. It took a week for them to examine in but then they offered me a very fair price for it. I didn't have to go back to their office - they actually sent a check via internet. I feel that Allan and Liz are honest people, and when you're not an expert, you need to have that trust in the people you're dealing with. I'd go back to them again. Best way to make an appointment is to speak to Liz or Allan personally.“
