I had never sold jewelry through a dedicated jewelry and diamond buyer before, so I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. I brought in a gold bracelet and a platinum wedding band with a loose diamond, which I admittedly felt a little awkward about. Alan immediately put me at ease and explained that having the diamond loose was actually more convenient for him because he could get a better look at it.

He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and transparent. He walked me through his entire process, explained what he was looking at and why, and when I asked about the different machines he was using, he took the time to explain what each one did and what it was telling him.… read full review

I met with Alan Rosen the head buyer at Samuelson's in Tyson's. He shared his history in the jewelry business and explained the process of estimating value for each item I brought. I was pleased with the evaluation he gave a number of the items and accepted a check for them. It was informative and a positive experience, and I felt good leaving some of my favorite pieces in his hands. Thanks, Alan!!

Allan was very friendly, personable and knowledgeable. He explained the process as he went, answered all my questions, and was very respectful. There was zero pressure to sell. Great experience, I will definitely be back.
