Misleading pricing. Over the phone, I was quoted $90 per hour with a two hour minimum for a total of $180. The day of, they arrived with two people and after the work was completed, they demanded $90 per hour per person. Given the high ratings, I expected a better experience.

Mr. William and his team were prompt and responsive when they arrived at our residence to repair the basement handle rail. They expertly secured it back into place, ensuring a safe and sturdy handrail for descending into the basement. However, it's important to note that the initial estimate did not include the cost of materials, which wasn't disclosed upon their arrival before commencing the work. Therefore, it is advisable to inquire about material costs prior to initiating a project to ensure financial preparedness.

Water leaked from the exterior of the house into the interior. The initial estimate was quite a but lower than the final cost, but there was more extensive damage than seen on first inspection. The final result left the house looking in its original state. I was pleased with their efforts and will use them again.
