I had a really great experience at this clinic and wanted to share because I’ve found it hard to find good quality care in the area (for PCP).
Worth trying even if you’re unsure: I was initially hesitant to book here because the ratings were a bit lower. But I needed a same-day appointment after being sick for two weeks and struggling to find availability elsewhere, and they had one open. I’m really glad I gave it a chance.
Easy scheduling & check-in: The whole check-in process was quick and seamless. The lobby was clean, beautiful, and well staffed (also seemed recently renovated??).

They never answer their phones so it’s hard to make an appointment. Recommendation seeking care elsewhere if you want prompt response. Just today I sat on the phone 20+ minutes and counting. Last month, same thing.
I have been visiting this practice for ten years, even after I moved out of the neighborhood. My experience has overwhelmingly been helpful, caring, and professional individuals at this practice.
