I see the negative reviews but I had a great experience today. It was easy to schedule an appointment on their online platform which also made it easy to prepare for my appointment and made the day of go smoothly. The staff were so courteous and very efficient. I barely had to wait.
Don’t listen to the 1 star reviews. This practice is excellent. Very professional outfit. I have been seeing Dr. Vo and his nurse Asma for three years. They are always very helpful and thorough. I can even email them questions via MyChart and they respond very quickly. I was in about 1 week ago and the front staff were very quick and efficient. I highly recommend this group.
