The space was clean and serene. The young Lady at the front desk was pure joy and she referred me to my massage therapist as it was my first visit and I am so glad she did because he (Jose) was amazing!!! I feel so relaxed.

I've been coming to Elements Massage for months now. I always enjoy meeting with Ligia. She takes the time to really listen to you and consult with you about what you need and where you need the most support in your body. You can tell that she's been well-trained and informed on her techniques. She is also very intuitive and friendly, which helps make you feel safe and taken care of. I already look forward to my next session!

Exceptional massage experience! Yesterday’s hour massage with Steven was perhaps the best massage I’ve had. Steven was courteous, conscientious, strong and skilled. Steven took careful note of my shoulder injury, applying specific care and cupping therapy to the region. Impressively, he was able to identify my hamstring running injury without my mentioning it. I learned that as a chiropractic therapist, Steven has specialist experience - and his massage improved tension and discomfort. I also enjoyed the aromatherapy scent of lavender and the warm touch of hot stones, expertly applied, making this an incredible experience.
