Had such an amazing experience at Dry Bar Ballston !! They were so friendly, efficient and accommodating. My hair looked great and I would trust any of the stylists there to do my hair!! Highly recommend.

I had an appointment at 7pm. I made the appointment last minute because I live in Alexandria and the old town location didn’t have any openings. I was worried about being late so I arrived around 6:52. I wasn’t taken back to do my hair until around 7:30. The stylist was really nice and took her time with my hair but I just didn’t expect to be there for so long, by the time I got home it was nearly 9pm. I understand being behind but it was a Friday evening and there were only two people working which to me seemed unusual. Not sure if I would come back to this location because of the potential wait.

Amazing experience- we originally had our appointments for 4pm and they fit us in earlier at 11. Renee absolutely crushed my hair has never looked this good and voluminous. Frederick the shop manager has the best energy ever and makes you feel super welcome. Best dry bar location by far with the best stylists.
